• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices

• Reconcile QuickBooks and work with an accounting firm to complete monthly financial reports for the finance committee

• Manage all student accounts, including Tuition Agreements and collections from past due accounts.

• Deposit all money received by the school within guidelines set forth in 金融 Policy

• Ensure all insurance policies are up to date with our operations manager and renewing them annually.

• Management of insurance policies and insurance-related compliance issues/concerns.

• Keep detailed and organized records for all monies spent and share reports with specific departments monthly

Camellia Waldorf School is seeking an experienced full-time Lead 幼儿园 Teacher for our 5-day kindergarten Program.
